The 360 Degree View of Family Leave: Support and Resources for Working Parents

Parents must manage the demands of home, children, career advancement, and day-to-day tasks and priorities in their jobs. This research report is a continuation work conducted in partnership between Kindercare Education and the Human Capital Institute, that examined how family-friendly benefits and policies were impacting talent attraction and retention. In this study, we explored how organizations support employees as they transition into parenthood.
